Michelle Jorna

Michelle is a yoga instructor and founder of Loving All of You. She will guide your Vinyasa flow yoga and meditation classes. Her guide is suitable for any level of experience. Completing her 200-hour yoga teacher training with YogaFit Australia, she teaches a range of Vinyasa flow yoga and meditation classes to beginners, kids, seniors, and everybody in between.

Michelle’s classes cater for beginners to experienced, to those who are very flexible to those, who like me, have very little flexibility. Michelle has a number of props that are available for you to use, to help you get into a position that is comfortable for you. Classes are different each week, focussing on a different part of the body. I feel on top of the world after her classes. Looking forward to the next one
