This was not a retreat, a simple hotel with 1yoga Class aday

CONS Cons: I expected this to be a retreat hotel, organized but not. Did not get anything else then 1yoga Class a day. IT is a normal hotel that should cost the half of the price

PROS Pros: The yoga instruktor was very proffesional but We have him only one hour in the morning. I payed expensive money to another yoga retreat to have more classes and meditation and healthy food.

"It is very nice place, just a small entrance, but once you get in you will be amazed. It is charming place, nice pool, nice room - bit used , but in nice way. The garden and hotel surrounding is such green botanical garden. You will really feel like in jungle even in the city center. Manager is such a welcoming person, always helpfull, other stuff always with smile."

"Hotel is in good location and has very beautiful Balinese architecture. Pool is big and has also kids pool. Room size was average, looked clean and is in balinese style, so it is very dark. But it had nice little balcony with rice field view. Breakfast you have to preorder, the food was very good. "

"Hotel location is very good, near are shops and restaurants, within walking distance Monkey forest and market. In the night is quiet, no traffic noise. But we were unlucky, after midnight at 2:30am arrived tour group and they were very noisy. It lasted about 1-1,5h."

"We were recommended this hotel from a friend. Our room was on the second floor, with a view of the pool. The location is close the the shops and restaurant, and about 10mins walk to the monkey forest. the pool is a good size and clean. the bathroom is dated, so I couldn't give this place an excellent rating. We didn't pay for a 5 star, so we got great value"

"I love the buildings and grounds."

"Stayed in several hotels during my 3 week visit to Bali and was looking to review and compare them all in one write-up but this site is only allowing individual reviews. This hotel was our 3rd of 6. After a few days at Ubud Aura which is also one of our favorites but in a very busy lane beside Yoga Barn we moved up the street ( Hanoman) to Artini 2. Lovely pool. Antique Balinese style rooms (B6 or 7) with good AC, hot water (tub and shower). Paid 550 IDR/ night. All in including breakfast. Attentive staff. Great location. Highly recommend! "

"Nearby yoga at Ubud Bodyworks, lunch across at Monsieur Spoon, dinner at Kafe, groceries down the street at CoCo. "

"This hotel was one of our accommodations (the last stop in fact) in a two week packaged tour from Intrepid."

"Artini 2 had great accommodations. The service was really good and the food was well prepared for their breakfast and had quite a few options. It was one f the better places we stayed over the two week tour. Plus it was a great location, close to all the attractions and restaurants in Ubud."

"Nice relaxing at the pool, located at one of the main tourist roads in Ubud with lots of restaurants, spa's, shops, close to monkey forest and yoga barn. Nice breakfast at the pool. The staff is friendly and very helpful. You might want to have a room one the first floor. My first room was on the ground floor and smelt a bit damp (but I was here in the rainy season). It is a very good price for what you get (it is not super budget that is why I didn't rate it budget hotel but if compared to European prices, it's budget)."

"Very nice hotel, and totally worths the price, actually I'm wondering how they earn money! they take care of the beautiful gardens day and night. they try to give you the best options. me and my husband were there for 2 weeks, and they offered us whatever we needed, the food is not very good but you don't have to eat there as it it ver close to very good restaurants.the hotel itself is like a good sightseeing and you'' enjoy spending hours inside that.we'll definitely go back there again. there is a guy named "Ktut" , he is very nice, if you need anything or want to change anything, just let him know :)"
