The iHART Lens Home Healing Studio is a unique space that offers solo retreats to traveling artists and healers for a one-on-one immersive retreat experience.

You will not be staying at the iHART Home (unless discussed and agreed!). As local guides and experts in the Hudson Valley, Artemis Audio & Ayurveda + The iHart Lens humbly curate your wellness accommodations with a beautiful location, chef and / or access to local foods, space, and access to yoga, meditation, and Reiki.

You will meet Sara and Drew at the iHART Home studio to meet your hosts and be provided with your retreat materials. Once you are connected with your hosts and guided through a personal orientation of your experience, you will be given your mystery retreat address details!

All mystery accommodations are guaranteed safe and supportive of your wellness experience. Typical locations are within two hours of the iHART Home.

This is a one-on-one immersive experience for you to deepen your awareness within the practices of yoga as a healing practice vs. performance ability.

Sara and Drew have opened up their home studio to offer alternative hospitality for artists and healers, as well as for solo retreats focused on intuitive art, sound healing, asana, Reiki, meditation, and enjoying the nature of the Hudson Valley.

This retreat will take place in the Hudson Valley area. The Hudson Valley is a New York State region that stretches along the Hudson River from Westchester County to Albany, the state capital. It is known for its vineyards, orchards, and farms, including sustainable food, as well as natural parks and preserves to hike and explore the beautiful landscape.

Food

Nourish your body and soul with delicious plant-based meals that will leave you feeling energized and revitalized. During this retreat, you will be served plant-based detox meals based on the season and purpose of the participant's retreat. Often, Artemis Audio & Ayurveda + The iHart Lens works with a plant-based chef and or cater from local farms and restaurants.

All meals will be sourced locally and are organic where possible. They will also be plant-based and tailored to the season and individual participant. All meals will be gluten-free, dairy-free, and nut-free.

Artemis Audio & Ayurveda + The iHart Lens will also always be happy to share with you their favorite local plant-based eats - and do-it-yourself (DIY) recipes if you are feeling like a kitchen top meditation. A cooking class add-on is also available.

Arrival by airplane

Please book your flight to arrive at Stewart International Airport (SWF). Transfer from the airport is available for an additional cost of 250 USD.
