You’ll participate in their day-to-day life, sharing moments with their family, including their beloved puppy, and embracing the warmth of a home environment.

This special retreat provides a nurturing space for guests to relax, explore, and connect, making it a truly memorable experience.

You are invited you into their daily lives, where the warmth of family, the joy of their puppy, and the creativity of their artistic souls come together.

As artists and healers, they have designed this retreat to blend life and wellness, making it a perfect sanctuary for solo travelers seeking rejuvenation and connection.

Day 1: Arrival and Introduction - 15:00 - 17:00

  • Arrive at the retreat center, settle into your accommodations, and enjoy some light refreshments.
  • Depending on the day you arrive you are invited to spend some time in yoga and sound healing before you rest for the evening.
  • Plant-based dinners is offered typically around 18:00.

Day 2: Mindfulness and Connection - Full Day Experience with options for 1:1 sessions and wellness excursions

  • Wake up for early bird Hatha Yoga at 06:00.
  • Enjoy plant-based breakfast between 08:00 - 09:00.
  • Explore Self-study practices offered by Sara + Drew such as intuitive art making, workshop style activity on yogic philosophy and/or energetic healing.
  • Utilize the peacefulness of the day to rest - read - explore the property /neighborhood - check in with your hosts to learn about recommended hikes and local gems that encourage mindfulness and wellness.
  • Depending on the day - you are always encouraged to participate in evening yoga and or sound healing at home.
  • Dinner is offered around 18:00 and highlights seasonal and local ingredients whenever possible.
  • Complete your self-care day with quiet evening - preparing for early bird yoga on your final day.
  • Ask about scheduling 1:1 healing sessions and guided meditations at home or as a walking meditation at some of their favorite meditative trails.
  • The team can also be happy to assist you in reserving additional healing serves at local spas and wellness spaces that can ad to your experience at a bespoke retreated.

Day 3 : Reflection and Departure - 11:00 - 13:00

  • Continue your selfcare with early bird yoga 06:00 (perhaps start a new good habit).
  • Share a plant-based breakfast around 08:00 with the team - and then take some time to enjoy your last day with the team to rest and prepare your mind and body and spirit to return to your day to day with new renewed peace of mind.
  • Before departure, they come together for a closing reflection and guided meditation with sound healing.
  • With gratitude, they offer you a reiki charged healing crystal and written materials and resources about the practices you shared and how to continue on your own.
