You will be staying for one night at Ibis Hotel in Delhi and the other 7 nights will be spent at a hotel in Rishikesh. The hotel in Rishikesh has a choice of twin or double bed (king size) and superior rooms. Please let Aravind Yoga know if you are willing to share a room.
You will have one yoga session at the Ganga River bank.
Christopher teaches a blend of Hatha yoga, Vinyasa, and Yin yoga. He is also integrating Anusara and Iyengar principles, and Qigong into his practice. He believes in the invigorating power that yoga offers the mind, body and spirit.
Philippe completed his formal yoga teacher training course in 2011 with Inspya Yoga, the International Yoga School of Lance Schuler, registered with Yoga Alliance. He continues to undertake yoga studies and on-going post-graduate training, as well as learning and sharing with students at every class.
Parveen Nair is a uniquely inspiring teacher. He is best known for his ability to help students and teachers embody their spiritual practice in yoga. He has refined his methods of teaching in the Advaita Vedanta school of thought. His non-dualistic approach towards yoga has allowed his students to build an authentic yoga practice. Parveen Nair is an accomplished classical Indian dancer. His yogic journey begins when he was awarded an International scholarship to further his studies in classical dance in India under the Indian Council of Cutural Exchange for 4 years .

Ever since the Beatles rocked up at the ashram of the Maharishi Mahesh Yogi in the late 1960s, Rishikesh has become a magnet for spiritual seekers from around the planet. Today, it styles itself as the “yoga capital of the world”, with serious justification, as there are masses of ashrams and all kinds of yoga and meditation classes.
Most of this action is north of the main town of Rishikesh, Ram Jhula and Luxman Jhula, where the cold fast-flowing Ganges or Ganga, surrounded by forested hills and peaceful riverbanks, is conducive to meditation. In the evening, the cold wind blows strongly down the valley, temple bells are ringing as sadhus (spiritual men), pilgrims and tourists prepare for the nightly traditional Ganga Aarti ceremony.
You will have breakfast at Ibis Hotel and group lunch at Flavors Restaurant on the second day. Group dinner at Rooftop Café along the Ganga (if weather allows) will be done on the third day, while group dinner at A Tavola Conte will be on the fifth day. You will also enjoy a group breakfast at Mokhti’s Café, lunch at Pyramid Café in Lakshman Jhula, and closing group dinner at Flavors Café in Rajman Jhula on the eight day. On the last day, you will say goodbye to other participants while having group breakfast.
Note: All group meals are included in the price, while individual meals are at your own expense.

Please arrive at Delhi Indira Gandhi International Airport (DEL). Aravind Yoga will pick you up from the airport. The pick-up is included in the price.
