This Spain retreat takes place in a spectacular Spanish Finca or farmhouse. There are 8 rooms available as single or shared occupancy, all of which have en-suite bathrooms.

Apple & Pears Retreats personal trainers will instruct and motivate you at your own level through a wide variety of activities. You will also receive nutritional advice and tips on how to keep up your health and fitness regime. Daily yoga / Pilates sessions, spectacular mountain walks and evening NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) talks are particular highlights of the Spain retreat.

    "Its another inspiring week. Lots of fun but appropriate exercise designed to put me to my limits. Well organized, delicious food. I never felt hungry but I still lost 9.5 lbs (pounds). Its a great company, a chance to meet lots of diverse and interesting people.
