Program of the retreat

Ayahuasca ceremonies

There are three ceremonies will be held only and personally by the Peruvian shaman. Adhering to all the traditional rules of Amazonian shamanism. On this day, you will be provided with two meals a day (without dinner) and a quiet meditative atmosphere for better passage of the ritual.

One Kambo ceremony

This ancient medicine, according to the giving, was presented to the shaman by the spirit of Ayahuasca itself and is traditionally used both for the treatment of yellow fever, malaria, and other diseases. It is also for cleaning the body, refilling physical, emotional forces, and increasing sexual energy.

In addition, it is believed that Kambo accelerates the streak of failure and opens the way for good energy, as well as bringing to life the wonderful and long-awaited changes for the better.

Group discussion and integration

Every day before and after ceremonies, a round table will be organized where everyone can share their feelings, adventures during ceremonies, receive comments, and explanations from the Shaman. This is a very important phase for the correct understanding of the experience gained.

Rapé and Sanango ceremonies

• Rapé is a traditional herbal mix blend for the cleansing of the respiratory system and meditating energy. Sanango eye drops for cleansing eyes and mental processes.

Yoga practice

Every day, you will have the opportunity to practice yoga with the yoga coach. Classes will be held outside to strengthen both the spirit and the body, and of course, for your pleasure.

Individual consultation

You will discuss your experience and get an explanation directly from the shaman.

Preparation

After booking the retreat, APL SHAMANIC JOURNEYS will provide all the required information including preparation rules, the list of necessary things to go, the invitation to the retreat, a personal place in the villa, and all recommendations for transferring and actions during the retreat.

Integration

APL SHAMANIC JOURNEYS are always open for any kind of support that can be needed for our guests during and after retreats. In their experience, the process of passing traditional sacred plants ceremonies have a great positive influence on the life quality of participants.

In the very beginning of the retreat, curandero will give a lecture about traditional Amazonian shamanism, plant-teachers, and their influence on daily life after ceremonies, so every participant will be able to formulate his own intention and goals for the retreat.

After each ceremony, there is a discussion where you will be able to ask questions and discuss it with a shaman. All steps during this retreat will be discussed and fully explained by curandero, so you will be able to integrate your experience into your life in the right way.

Passing of Ayahuasca ceremonies requires special food dieting. During this retreat, you will be served with breakfast, lunch, and dinner. APL SHAMANIC JOURNEYS will offer a special menu so the ceremonies will be easy and safe for you, it is suitable for vegetarians. There will be no dinner during ceremony nights.
