Join yoga instructor Anne Wanda Tessier for a blissful yoga retreat where you will gain valuable space for yourself with peace of mind and a relaxed body. During this retreat, you will be nourished with daily restorative yoga classes, meditation, group activities, and breathing exercises with the theme of finding ease in the body, cultivating joy and happiness, and connecting to your true self.
During this retreat, you will stay in a private or a shared room. The guest house has nine private double rooms and one dorm room with four beds. Limited private and shared accommodations at the Yoga Barn Guest House have been reserved for retreat. If you are booking double accommodations at the Yoga Barn Guest House, please inform Anne Wanda Yoga if you would like to be paired with someone.

During this retreat, you will learn the tools to find comfort and ease during stressful times, and learn benefits of finding stillness on the body, mind, and soul through three workshops that will be held during the week. The workshops will be on the theme of relaxation and reducing stress, the benefits of finding stillness, and happiness.
Daily yoga and meditation sessions, and other group activities will be tailored to the theme of finding ease in the body, cultivating joy and happiness, and connecting to your true self. In this retreat, you will gain valuable space for yourself and return home with peace of mind, a relaxed body, and a fresh perspective.
Each morning, you will have meditation sessions led by Anne Wanda, followed by breakfast. Then you will enjoy a gentle Hatha or Restorative yoga class. At noon, you will have lunch and then free time to explore the location, have a cultivating happiness workshop, or enjoy a group excursion, depending on the schedule. Each night you will have dinner followed by a Restorative yoga class.

Yoga Alliance E-RYT 200 (Hatha Yoga)
Anne is a yoga instructor and artist, she has been practicing yoga for over 25 years. She teaches various styles of yoga including Hatha, Yin, Restorative, and Slow Flow. Her calm voice guides her students through a practice that is suitable for beginners and advanced, offering various options throughout the class. Anne obtained her RYT Hatha yoga certification in Bali, Indonesia, in 2013 and is a Relax and Renew certified trainer.
This retreat will take place at The Yoga Barn Guest House, in Bali, Indonesia. The guest house is located in the Ubud village, surrounded by Bali's beautiful mountain scenery, with multicultural offerings, boutique shopping, international food restaurants, and a peaceful easy-going lifestyle. The Yoga Barn is nestled among rice paddies, an organic farm and a jungle ravine about 120 meters down Jalan Hanoman from Jalan Ray.

During this retreat, you will be served two daily healthy meals. Each day, you will enjoy the healthy vegetarian cuisine from the Yoga Barn Garden Kafe which offers a culinary innovation in healing foods, featuring locally grown produce, living vegan foods, fresh juices, raw snacks and desserts, and a special menus for detox and Ayurvedic rejuvenation. You will also have the chance to explore the amazing restaurants Ubud for one meal each day.
The Bali Spirit Fest will overlap some of the days of the retreat. You will have the chance to explore the Bali Spirit Fest in your free time, but you will always have yoga, meditations and workshops with your group throughout your day. You will be able to find your perfect balance of restoration and exploration throughout the yoga retreat.
This retreat includes a 60-minute spa service at the KUSH Ayurvedic Rejuvenation Spa.
This key Ayurvedic therapy is to steady the mind, strengthen the senses and the classic external treatment for mental strain, insomnia, stress, tension, headaches, migraine, and anxiety. This treatment includes a soothing upper body Abhyanga massage. This is a 60-minute massage.
This deeply relaxing sequence focuses on the areas where you carry the most stress and tension like the head, neck, shoulders, and upper back. The clarifying massage oil helps to liberate fresh energy throughout the whole system. To complete the therapy, a blend of fresh hibiscus leaves is applied to cool and nourish the crown. This treatment combines a specialized "Marma" pressure-point massage that is freshly prepared with botanical ingredients to cleanse, nourish, and revive all skin types. A soothing herbal compress purges impurities, and looks for an awakening inner radiance that melts away tensions and strain. This is a 60-minute massage.

Upon arrival to the Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS), there is a taxi stand immediately to the right as you exit the airport luggage claim. You can book a cab and they will give you a voucher. The cost is approximately 30 USD and it is a one-hour ride to Ubud.
