Novotel Thalassa Dinard hotel offers rooms with ocean or garden views, which are perfect for your getaways or weekends by the sea. A thalasso and spa institute offers treatment programs for a week or the day, with a variety of massages available.     Iyengar Institute of San Francisco Junior Intermediate I (Iyengar Yoga)

    She got her teaching credentials from the Iyengar Institute of San Francisco, the oldest Iyengar teacher-training program in the United States; she is now a certified teacher, Intermediate Junior 1.
