Anna, international yoga teacher and teacher trainer, sparkled in Los Angeles as a designer, entrepreneur, and yogi, but her heart desired adventure and knowledge. So she traveled the earth for seven years, focusing on humanitarianism, en route practicing and teaching yoga classes, workshops, festivals, and teacher trainings. Since 1998, Anna has been fortunate to have studied with renowned teachers around the globe. Her dharma is sharing her passion for spiritual balance and she devotes herself to exploring this. Anna’s love for playful motion and holistic well-being is her offering.
For over 15 years, Richard has worked as a strength a conditioning coach in a high-performance sport with some of the best organizations and athletes in the world. He has supported teams in preparation for two Summer Olympic games, London 2012 and Rio 2016, and is currently working with the GB Park and Pipe squad for the 2018 Winter Olympics in Pyeong Chang. While working in Beijing, Richard’s mother was diagnosed with terminal cancer. This life-changing event sparked a momentous shift in perspective, self-discovery, and an awoken consciousness and desire to learn what life really means.
This retreat will take place at the Chettinad Wellness Center in Ibiza, Spain. The Chettinad is a peaceful haven in the hills overlooking the rural Sant Agusti Valley on the beautiful, bohemian island of Ibiza. There, tranquility reigns. The pure air, piercing views, and nourishing food provide the perfect setting for healing, learning, pampering, practicing, and playing.
For this retreat, you will enjoy healthy organic cuisine. The package includes two meals per day, mainly vegetarian. Fruit and nuts are available throughout the day, and there is unlimited tea and drinking water.
Nature cures and connects you to yourselves and the world you inhabit. Hiking and optional excursions to the sea and city are available throughout the week. Optional excursions to the beaches may be arranged through The Chettinad, as well as walking tours, driving tours, the big city and the little villages tour, or the hippy markets. For added relaxation, you can also enjoy a Reiki session and a therapeutic massage.
