Share a room and a bathroom with 1 or 2 people of the same sex in a cottage with modern bathroom facilities. A small number of single rooms are available on a first-come first served basis. Men and women stay in separate buildings.

Ease tension and restore your energy flow. Stretch a little, hike a little, meditate a little, relax deeply, and breathe a lot. Take a weekend to come back to self, and self-care. Enjoy quality yoga and meditation in the beautiful SW Lake Michigan countryside minutes away from sandy beaches. Beginners and pros are welcome.

Relax, Reset, Rejuvenate

Morning and afternoon yoga classes are held on the private patio in the fresh air or in the main building auditorium. Deeply therapeutic yoga, Yoga Nidra, and Meditation repair the exhaustion. Hike the Shrine Trail on the property, walk at Lake Michigan's nearby beach, have a private consultation, journal, or just relax. Each day will have an activity like making yoga art, chanting, or free time to do something that feels good to you!

All meals are freshly prepared and vegetarian (vegan friendly).
