The retreats of Anima Mundi Travels are specially designed to immerse you in the philosophy of yoga. During your stay, you will gain knowledge about yoga and its positive effect on your health. You will also learn breathing, relaxation and meditation techniques. She would love this three-day retreat if she is an open-minded, respectful and tolerant person, eager to learn and participate. Most people live in stressful and dynamic environments. During the retreat, you will radically change your usual environment and immerse yourself in the world of peace and tranquility. At the end of the retreat, you will notice the quantum changes in yourself. Without being necessary or obligatory, if you want or have any ability (gardening, painting, crafts, etc.) you can practice karma yoga which consists basically of a totally disinterested service, in which the ego is abandoned to the desire to serve the divine in everything, be it man, plant or animal.
