Based in Ashtead, Surrey, and run by experienced yoga teacher Claire Laho, Angel Yoga runs yoga classes, workshops and retreats.

Claire Laho
Claire is a Yoga Alliance 500hr certified yoga teacher. She has been blessed to share yoga worldwide in some of the most breathtaking venues. Her own yoga journey started when her children were small. Getting to a regular class was her feel good and time for herself. She was lucky to train with Spirit of Yoga in Spain and India, the home of yoga, and since starting her yoga journey has qualified in many areas: Hatha yoga, Yin yoga, Children's yoga, Pregnancy yoga, Menopause yoga, yoga as a Therapy. Her aim and purpose is to help as many people as possible discover the healing benefits of yoga.
