Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga

Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga combines three fundamental elements during the practice, the Tristhana of Ashtanga - breath, asana, and drishti. They require a high degree of focus and concentration throughout the practice, which helps you to clear and calm the mind.

Consisting of six fixed series, Ashtanga yoga is part of the Hatha yoga system and has its origin in the ancient text, the "Yoga Kurunta." It is the source of all Vinyasa, power, and flow styles that are popular in the West today.
