Amanda took up her first yoga class 10 years ago and knew that it would never be her last. She fell in love with how she felt afterward, strong, flexible, confident, and compassionate to herself. She completed a 1000-hour Advanced YTT program in 2013 at VIYETT and has been teaching FT for over 6 years. She enjoys teaching a Vinyasa flow, blissful Yin, and engaging teens/kids. Off the mat, she enjoys traveling, exploring beaches, cultures, people, and sourcing locations for yoga retreats. At home, she's a friend, sister, aunt, and alchemist, blending organic essential oils for self-healing.
