"It was helpful to learn to take time and invest into myself. And I liked the tai chi and Qigong. The presenters were wonderful and full of useful knowledge that they could clearly communicate. Thank you! "

"I travelled from the UK to spend time at the retreat and was made very welcome. The people are fantastic and the food is fantastic too. I particularly enjoyed the Journal writing retreat that was run by Meara. I enjoyed meeting all the likeminded people there and enjoyed some early morning Yoga too. I highly recommend the Amanda Centre Retreat and I hope to go back there some day. Peace."

"I really enjoyed Donna and Petes clear expertise and confidence holding the space in the classes. Emily will be a lovely teacher some day. The best thing about the class was it allowed me to focus on my purposes by providing a clear, safe, supportive structure. I was pleasantly surprised by the food. I didnt need any of the snacks that I brought! The schedule was great! I felt proud to have done six hours of yoga in one day! I loved using the affirmations and plan to use them in developing my personal practice. I look forward to coming again!"
