"Beautiful retreat, Wonderful kind people "

The hosts and instructors really cater accommodations based on their guests' needs. They're very welcoming and loving. It was my first time going to a yoga retreat and loved it so much I'd love to go back with a loved one.

"Amazing experience! Worth every min. "

It is a lot to describe but there is nothing not to like. This family put a lot of effort into this process and individually approach every visitor.

"I found healing and transformation at Anahata. "

From the start it was a beautiful experience. Ashera, Luke and Mahadevi were so loving and knowledgeable with a willingness to listen and teach. This was my first yoga retreat and I decided to stay the extra day and it was absolutely worth it. I felt so cared for and made some lifelong connections. The food, music, river, fire circle and the other activities we did left no wanting for anything else. Thank you Thank you Thank you Anahata Education center. I will be back.

"Restoration and healing"

From the moment you arrive till the moment you leave you are treated as a beloved family member. I brought a dear friend who is healing, from a prolonged, painful cancer battle. I didn't realize how much I needed to be here for my healing on a deep emotional level as well. Luke and Kathryn are incredibly wonderful hosts. Alexis, the food was amazing!!

"Life Changing"

The people at the retreat are kind, welcoming and you instantly feel at home. The genuine gratitude that flows from each one of them is so warming even the most nervous person will feel at ease quickly.

Anahata is a weary city-goers dream escape! If you're looking for peace, connection with nature, and a group of welcoming community members who are excited to help guide you to balance, then stop looking - you'll find it here.

I was paired with Wryn and Ashera for the weekend, who guided me through many sessions where we focused on being mindful and grateful, and they shared knowledge with me that has put a set of tools into my hands to bring those same practices (and more!) into my daily life after the retreat ended.

There is plenty of opportunity for engaging with Community members for a reading, a meal, or other educational session, if you wish, but they're mindful and give you any space that you'd like for quiet time to reflect, as well.

Anahata is a space where you will get out of it what you put into it. If you go in with the intent to come out on the other side refreshed and ready to tackle whatever lies ahead for you, then you can have it - and they are all there ready and willing to support you to make it happen.

"A beautiful sanctuary! "

Anahata and the people who are there are so amazing! Me and my mom have never felt so welcomed into a space. We get a facial and massage done by Wryn who is an amazing healer and yoga instructor! The food was made with love and the land was truly sacred. I highly recommend this to anyone looking for relaxation, peacefulness, and beautiful nature.

"Yoga retreat and beyond"

Anahata education center was wonderful experience filled with all things peaceful and meditative country setting by the flowing river. The private yoga classes, organic meals, relaxing massage, reiki energy healing, kayaking and chemical free hot tub were excellent.

I would highly recommend this retreat to people at all experience levels levels looking to get away in a country.

Stuff and owners treat you with full of love and respect.

"Wonderful yoga retreat!"

We loved the location of the retreat center, it was on acres of beautiful, restful land. The host and hostess were very welcoming and able to customize the experience based on our needs and interests. We did yoga every morning and enjoyed delicious homemade meals of local, organic food.
