The word Anahata in Sanskrit means "unhurt, un-struck, unbroken." It is the fourth of seven energy centers in the body and represents the part that is untouched and pure love. It is about feeling the infinite and finding the door to our inner temple. It is the expression of love for self and others and the ability to give and receive love. It is through this love that we ultimately transcend our selves and this world.

The second adventure is kayaking with whales. If the ocean symbolizes your emotional depth, whale energy holds those emotions. By physically connecting to nature in profound ways, you will gain access to your inner nature. Being in whale energy helps navigate your emotional depths, express your emotional experiences, and learn to harness your emotional energy so that it fuels rather than drains you.
