At Anadi Yoga Center in Rishikesh, Anadi Yoga Centre offer a 200-hour yoga teacher training course curriculum that covers an understanding of traditional Hatha and Vinyasa flow, introduction to meditation and its various layers while also sharing their teachings of theory and yoga philosophy from basic to intermediate levels in reference to various ancient yogic text and scripture.
Anadi Yoga Centre offer clean, light and airy accommodation at AnadiYoga to suit your budget. You can choose from a variety of rooms which includes single rooms or twin sharing; all the rooms have an attached bathroom. Some of the rooms have balconies with spectacular views of the abounding natural scenery of Rishikesh.

Students who complete the training are eligible to register with Yoga Alliance as Registered Yoga Teachers (RYT®).
Anadi Yoga School offers a variety of Yoga Teacher Training Courses, but their most popular course is the 200 hour registered yoga teacher training course in Rishikesh, India (RYT 200) as it is open to all. The course meets all of the requirements for Yoga Alliance's RYT 200-hour eligibility and includes modules on Asana (Yoga postures), Pranayama (breathing methods), Anatomy and Physiology as taught by modern science as well as Yoga, Teaching Methods, Yoga Philosophy and Meditation.
The daily schedule will remain the same throughout the course except at weekends. However, the focal point of practice will be differ each week and take you more in depth as the course progresses. The first week will be focused on creating a strong and lasting foundation of the various aspects of Yoga as well as understanding the principles of traditional Hatha Yoga Asana, basic Pranayama and its significance for Asana Practice. The students will also be given guidance for building strength and stamina, learning the basic asanas through the practice of asanas based on Hatha,Ashtanga,Vinyasa and multi-style yoga.
In the second week of 200 hour yoga teacher training course in India students will be introduced to the principles of alignment and balancing and be given the opportunity to delve deeper into the theoretical concepts of Yoga Philosophy and Anatomy. The Asana classes will be principally based on traditional Hatha Yoga and its modifications in the form of Vinyasa.
The third week will build on what was previously taught taking the students to an intermediate level of asana practice which entails more skilled asanas including deep backbends and inversions
The fourth and final week will be dedicated to practical assessments and a depth analysis of the professional yoga teaching so far imparted. This week is crucial for consolidation, introspection and self-assessment. Any queries can be raised and discussed in depth to bring out the student’s optimum potential as a Yoga practitioner and certified yoga teacher.

In specific cases, Anadi Yoga Centre may allow students to apply for another course in an agreed timeframe using the fees already paid.
Please note that the yoga teaching methods at Anadi Yoga Centre may differ from what you have experienced in the western yoga education system. Anadi Yoga Centre teach in a way that is more attuned to traditional teaching methods so that you can experience Yoga as a lifestyle and not just as a profession. Arvind Gusain, the co-founder of Anadi Yoga Centre, was born in Rishikesh, India. He started practicing yoga at the age of twenty-one. Arvind received a Masters Degree in Yoga Science from Sanskrit Gurukul Vishvidyalaya, in Haridwar, India. He has completed 500 hours of teacher training, studied with various great Indian teachers and attended an intensive Ashtanga Vinyasa course with Mathew Sweeney, a prestigious teacher from Mysore, India. In addition to his time spent teaching in Rishikesh, he has also spread his love and knowledge of yoga in Thailand!
Jeet, the co-founder of Anadi Yoga Centre, was born in Rishikesh. He has been practicing yoga from a very young age. Chanting, creating offerings, and connecting with the spirits and nature have been a part of his daily life since childhood. He was introduced to yoga and inspired to begin his yoga teaching path by his brother, Narendra. He completed a 500-hour teacher training course with Rishikesh Yog Peeth.
She is a young and dynamic yoga teacher who specializes in pranayama. Her passion for yoga began at a young age, and she has spent many years studying under great masters learning all aspects of yoga but specifically focusing on the health and wellness benefits of pranayama and meditation. She is also currently furthering her studies pursuing her master degree in Yoga Science from Uttarakhand Sanskrit University in Haridwar, India.

Anadi Yoga Centre have an agreement with the local transporter, you can request for airport transfer and their team will happily assist you.
This is certainly the cheapest way to get to the training venue. It can take approximately 7 to 10 hours depending on traffic. You will have to get to the correct bus station. This option is not recommended for those who get motion sickness. If you choose this option, once you arrive in Rishikesh, you will have to take a tuk-tuk to Laxman Jhula and have to walk the last one kilometer with your luggage.
You can get a train to Haridwar from Delhi and this will take approximately 5 to 7 hours depending on the service you use. Cost can vary from approximately 500 to 1200 INR, depending on which class you choose for travel. Once in Haridwar, you will need to take a taxi to get to Rishikesh. Anadi Yoga Center can arrange taxi pick-ups, which cost approximately 20 USD. Please send an inquiry as soon as possible to allow Anadi Yoga Center time to book your transportation.
