Antonija Satya, in yoga since 1998. At a young age, she started doing yoga daily and perform Bhakti yoga. Her mother was very devoted to the natural way of living, reading books, and preparing vegetarian sattvic food, teaching her that simple life is the essence of being. Her first teacher training was in 2008, after practicing Ashtanga yoga for several years every day. She has been in many seminars, training, and schools as a student, such as prenatal and postnatal yoga, Hatha, Astanga, Kundalini yoga, and medical yoga. She is now a senior yoga teacher and massage and Ayurveda therapist.
