How the training works

This online immersion will be held over Zoom and you will have Sunday off throughout the course. You will receive 24 days with instruction of yoga (daily 3 hours of online yoga sessions). Contact hours coaching hours) are 170 hours and non-contact hours are 30 hours (self-study hours). Digital materials to be given upon booking

Timing of sessions / daily schedule (GMT+5:30)

You will get 3 hours of yoga class daily. Anaahat Yog will conduct a course for two different time zones. They will available at the following time. You can choose a time zone as per your convenient:

  • GMT+0 - 06:00 a.m. to 9.00 a.m. (if you're in India, it's GMT+5:30 (IST) - 11:30 a.m. to 02:30 p.m.)
  • GMT-4 - 07:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. (if you're in India, it's GMT+5:30 (IST) - 04:30 p.m. to 07:30 p.m.)

Non-contact hour

Students can use this hour for self-practice and study or there will be a workshop with videos on anatomy or Vinyasa asanas after completing 29 days of the program there will be 10 more days of a non-contact hour where one can ask any questions and doubts.

End of 200 hours and a day on certification program to give the 200-hours certificate on completing the 200 hours in Hatha yoga.
