  • The training will be held online via Zoom.
  • You will receive 3 months of instruction of yoga philosophy.
  • This is a weekends program. The classes will be held on every Saturday and Sunday. You can choose one day which suits you.
  • All 14 classes will be given as live sessions (1.5 hour each).
  • There will be one-on-one guidance.

After understanding what prana is, you go on your online yoga philosophy class with Patanjali’s yoga sutras. These sutras are the foundation of yoga philosophy. Through the sutras, Anaahat Yog explains and discusses the deep teachings of yoga.

Anaahat Yog is based in Rishikesh, India (GMT+5:30), and they will live-stream all yoga classes according to the different time zones via Zoom, which you can participate by just using your phone or computer.
