During this retreat, all spaces are shared. All guests will pick their bed upon arrival. If you come with a friend or have any special considerations, you can personally reach out and Amy Sikarskie will see what she can do to accommodate your requests.

A variety of accommodations

The following accommodation choices are available for this retreat

  • The A-frame cabin features three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and 11 beds. It can sleep up to 14 guests.
  • The 22-foot traditional Mongolian yurt sleeps six guests.
  • The six upgraded canvas glam-sites with comfortable beds sleep one to three guests in each site.

Over 10 acres of magical land

Enjoy over 10 acres of sacred private land with a creek, labyrinth, healing art garden, and outdoor spaces for forest bathing, walking, star gazing, meditation, and yoga. Connect with nature and your inner goddess as you get back to your roots in the powerful energy of Mt. Shasta. This will be a small gathering and past retreats have sold out.

This menu is subject to change and tweaking due to what's looking best from the farms and creative impulses. There will always be a variety of vegan dishes and baking sprinkled throughout the five days. The chef will accommodate gluten-free requests in other dishes such as pasta, tortillas, etc., as requested. Dishes that have "creamy" in their title are dairy-free. Everything will be delicious and satiating!

How to get there

Recommended Airports

Arrival by airplane

Please book your flights to arrive at Rogue Valley International–Medford Airport (MFR) or Redding Municipal Airport (RDD). You can expect an email from Amy two weeks prior to the first day of your retreat event. This email will provide details about the retreat location, what to pack, and how to prepare for your Mt. Shasta women’s retreat.

Each guest will be copied on this email so you can get to know each other in advance and arrange to carpool if that’s something you are interested in. If you have any questions, please let Amy Sikarskie know.

Cancellation Policy

  • A reservation requires a deposit of 14% of the total price.
  • The deposit is non-refundable, if the booking is cancelled.
  • The rest of the payment should be paid 30 days before arrival.
