You will be staying in Sarinbuana Ecolodge. Sarinbuana is a boutique ecolodge built on spiritual land with a maximum occupancy of 16. On offer are two private bungalows with en suite bath and two large bungalows with 2 - 3 bedrooms each. Each comfortable room is unique and offers fantastic views of lush Balinese hillsides and landscaping.

Yoga with Autumn Adams

Autumn Adams will guide the group through twice daily yoga practices. Each morning will begin with a sunrise yoga session to wake your body. In this retreat, you will gain a deeper understanding of human anatomy and how it incorporates into your yoga practice. You will also delve deeper into bandhas, breath, mudras, meditation, yoga Nidra, and yogic philosophy. Ample time will be given to play with inversions, modifications, and fun poses too. Be prepared to learn something new while making lifelong friends.

Evening yoga sessions will be more restorative in nature focusing on releasing deep, habitual patterns of holding and releasing fatigue and stress. Evening classes will also include guided meditation or yoga Nidra.

Activities and cultural immersion

In addition to twice daily yoga and discussions about yogic philosophy and practice, you will have the opportunity to explore Balinese culture. This retreat includes an hour long Balinese massage, a cooking class or temple offering class, and a trek to Batu Karu Temple. Ambuja Yoga has also arranged an afternoon of seva (community service). Your afternoon of seva is traditionally a fun event, that allows you to connect with the local community on a deeper level while exchanging knowledge and camaraderie.

Notice that there are gaps in the schedule. These spaces will be scheduled as downtime, philosophy discussion, or daily activity (seva or trek) and will change daily. You may participate in as little or as much as you would like. Schedule is tentative and may change depending on the activities of the day.

Autumn Adams
Autumn Adams is an avid yogini, foodie, hiker, and traveler. When Autumn is not practicing yoga, she can be found exploring Central Oregon, playing with her two naughty pups (Sal and Jedi), whipping up amazing meals for friends and family or deepening her knowledge of yoga. Her classes blend Vinyasa and Hatha yoga into an accessible, yet challenging practice that encourages intention, grace, and courage.
