This sixth annual all-inclusive women's retreat will be held just outside of Eugene, Oregon, at the Tipi Village Retreat in Marcola. The Tipi Village Retreat, nestled within the woods, is the perfect place for this glamping retreat as you celebrate the dog days of summer with creek-side outdoor yoga, access to a local swimming hole, and gourmet al fresco meals. At night, you will find comfort within one of the beautiful tipis or cozy indoor rooms. On this retreat, you will deepen your yoga practice, recharge your soul, and find greater gratitude, allowing you to shine your light and share your love when you're off the mat. Unwind, deepen your yoga practice, and enjoy Oregon's beautiful outdoors!
Accommodation at the Tipi Village Retreat is in locally made tipis or cozy indoor rooms. The tipis are furnished in a Zen style. They have beautiful stone floors with rugs, warm and comfy beds with down comforters, and wool blankets for the cool Oregon summer nights. Double accommodation is in a shared queen size bed (this is a great option for two friends or sisters). Women interested in joining the retreat solo are encouraged to book space in our large, spacious shared tipi due to limited accommodation. The tipis are located within the property's forest and near the lawn. Most accommodation is with shared bath, although two rooms have private bath available.
This retreat includes four 90-minute yoga sessions. The two morning sessions are a more active practice combining elements of both Hatha yoga and Vinyasa yoga. The two evening sessions will begin with a gentle flow and end with a deep Yin practice to stretch tight muscles and calm the body, mind, and soul. Yoga sessions will take place outside on the shady lawn near the creek. If the weather does not cooperate, yoga will be hosted in the large tipi. On your first full day together you will have the opportunity to go on a short local hike, participate in a foundations of asana workshop, roll and release workshop, relax in a hammock, enjoy a private yoga lesson (additional charge may apply), take a nap, or make new friends. The day is yours.
This retreat includes one self-guided hike to the nearby Shotgun Creek.
