In 2016, her yoga journey led her to the Wise Living Ashram in Thailand where she earned her 200-hour teacher training qualification in traditional yoga (affiliated to the Yoga Institute, Mumbai, India; the oldest yoga school in the world).

This yoga weekend takes place in Doi Saket, Chiang Mai, Thailand. Chiang Mai (referred to as “the rose of the north”) is located in Northern Thailand, 700 kilometers north of the capital city of Bangkok. Chiang Mai is the second largest city in Thailand, yet only has a population of around 200,000. Compare this to Bangkok which has about 9 million and it is easy to see why even the Thai people in Bangkok love to visit Chiang Mai for a holiday. The city is now becoming increasingly popular with overseas travelers as word spreads of this magnificent tourist location. The ever-friendly and polite Thai people are full of smiles. There are a million things to see and do, the food tastes sensational.
AMAYEN Sanctuary is located 42 kilometers (50 minutes) from Chiang Mai International Airport in a small valley with plenty of rice fields as well as tobacco, coffee, fig and strawberry farms and enjoys nice views, cool temperatures, and clear skies.
