Subject to change.
Born in the Mexican jungle, Ricardo’s creative vision and Virgo spirit helped him translate his love for nature into this vibrant healing center in the mountains of Tepoztlán: Amatecamp. Find him guiding their temazcal, conscious hiking, and cacao ceremony, as well as his unique Ashatha yoga practice: a fusion between Ashtanga and Hatha carefully crafted with a deep emphasis on pranayama and meditation, allowing you to consciously move and connect with every inch of your body. His intention is to empower your spirit to elevate and transform your energy.
Pablo Narayana was born in Mexico City in 1985. He studied International Business at Universidad Panamericana, as he was afraid to follow his heart and study a humanistic career that was what he really wanted. He thought it was his duty to make money and wear a tie and jacket every single day. In 2008, he finished university and a big change in his life made him approach photography as a career. In addition to being a photographer, he is passionate about innovation, technology, and media, so since 2013 gives consultancy to companies that want to improve their way of communicating.
The retreat will take place in the magical town of Tepoztlan, one hour outside of Mexico City. Amatecamp is based at the feet of the mystic mountains and is a place with open and nature-based construction, a place that focuses on the healing energy of nature. The whole camp will be rented for this retreat to ensure a safe and yogic environment and progress. The magical space is surrounded by the constant presence of Mother Nature’s four elements, taking you into a space of balance, harmony, and consciousness.
Tepoztlán is a Mexican town south of Mexico City. It is famous for being the birthplace of Quetzalcoatl, the Aztec god that was shaped like a feathered serpent. It is a unique combination of ancient traditions and wisdom that enrich its many cultural manifestations: esotericism, pre-Hispanic, eco-tourism, or the simplicity of everyday life. Amatecamp is a space in nature, away from stress and near the heart of the earth to generate reconnection with yourself.
