"yoga and so much more!!!"
Amarantha is a great yoga teacher. Her instructions are clear and concise and she offers modifications when necessary. The classes varied from day to day based on Amarantha's assessment of energy level and consideration of other activities. The local Japanese cultural activities were amazing. Personally, in the end, the retreat was more about the cultural experiences and less about the yoga. The activities can not be described, they need to be experienced!!! The organization and the logistics of the retreat were well thought out and the food was DELICIOUS! The instructors, guides, masters, chefs, hotel staff and driver were all super kind, helpful, knowledgeable and gracious.
