Please book your flight to arrive at Santiago International Airport (SCL). From there, you can fly either to Aeródromo Carlos Hott Siebert Airport (ZOS) or El Tepual International Airport (PMC). Transfer from and to these airport is included. Aluantu will pick you up from the airport.
From Osorno, you will need to take a bus to Santa Elvira, el Encanto, Puyehue. There is a bus at 14:00 and at 16:30 Monday through Friday, on Saturday there is one bus at 15:00, and on Sunday there are no buses.
The buses do not leave from the main bus station. The 14:00 bus leaves from the municipal market about a block and a half from the bus station toward the center of town (towards the East), the bus leaves from a small court yard parking lot (smaller local bus station) across the street from the Unimark (to the South) and the municipal market (next to it on the East).
The 16:30 bus leaves from the other end of the municipal market on Pratt street between the Plaza Yungay and the Copec station on Pratt street. Saturday buses alternate from week to week so you’ll have to check both the court yard and Prat street unfortunately. Aluantu offers bus pick ups and drop offs at the end of the line at Santa Elvira. Please inform Aluantu your planned arrival date and time in advance.
