Emma is a 600hr Multi-style yoga teacher with Indian and Thai based training in Yin and Yang yoga & The 5 elements. A keen surfer, paddle boarder, and trekker, she loves nothing more than the good vibes and energy that she gets from being at one with nature. Her creative multi-dimensional approach to yoga draws on the empowering and playful energy of Vinyasa Ashtanga combined with the practical anatomy and gentler energy centering of Yin yoga, arming students with the tools to be able to create their own response to a yoga practice this is right for their unique body and mind.

Emma is a really good instructor and puts a lot of effort into planning her classes and explaining things in a clear and concise manner. The time flew by and I was always left wanting more. Cassie and Simon were also great hosts and constantly went out their way to help me for example when I went out for a run, Simon came with me as I said I was good at getting lost and Cassie made sure we had a late transfer back to the airport for our late flight so we could spend more time in the mountains! I would definitely recommend it and food was also excellent.

The food was amazing and the hosts Cassie and Si were delightful to spend time with. Emma is an excellent yoga instructor. She catered to a group with a variety of levels and made it a meaningful and appropriate practice for each of us. I enjoyed all the different styles of yoga she taught and appreciated her individual attention outside of the organised sessions. We all had fun trying the SUP yoga. The surroundings are beautiful and the yoga sessions outdoors at the abbey were out of this world.

"A magical weekend yoga retreat in the gorgeous Alps"
I can honestly say I loved everything about this retreat!! The weekend was planned to perfection, with just the right amount of planned activities and free time, dynamic yoga and relaxing yoga, and nutritious food with the odd yummy cake, croissant or beer thrown in.
The yoga was brilliant: I learned so much in each of the classes and I thought that Emma's corrections and tips were spot on. She was able to cater for different levels in the group and safely helped us to get into new postures and deepen our practise. All the different classes were great but the SUP yoga was the absolute highlight of the weekend!
Cassie and Simon were fantastic hosts and the chalet was comfortable and very homey, with lovely views and a very relaxed vibe. They really made us feel at home and nothing was too much trouble. Hats off to Cassie for preparing meals that catered for gluten-free and dairy-free guests and were delicious to boot.
The whole experience was just great and I've come away feeling . I'll be back!

This retreat was just perfect ! Even if english is not my mother tongue, it felt just like home thanks to the warm welcome of Cassie and Si. Emma is the kindest yoga instructor and Cassie's food was the cherry on the cake ! I'm sure I will come back and definitely recommend this retreat to any mountain lover interested in yoga (beginner or not !).
