Sunday is filled with two yoga classes before lunch. The afternoon is free time, with the option of a self-guided walk in the beautiful surroundings of the venue or receiving treatments for an additional cost.
Aloha House has a range of treatments that can be offered, such as massage, reflexology, or Reiki. After another delicious dinner, there will be a sound bath healing session. Monday has another yoga class and lunch before closing off the retreat, fully renewed and inspired!
Please note there that all practices are optional. Participants are invited to take free time whenever they need it. There is an additional charge for receiving treatments (massage/reflexology/Reiki) and must be requested at the time of booking on the retreat (not available at short notice).
