Martin discovered the benefits of yoga and meditation finding a way to calm down his busy mind. After adding these practices to his everyday life, he started feeling stronger, healthier, energetic, and happier, so he flew to India and took his yoga teacher training in the Himalayas at the Universal Yoga School in Dharamsala, India. Nowadays, he loves to teach and share the very profound philosophy of yoga that changed his lifestyle forever.
Paloma Giulia Agliati Hidalgo
Paloma became a surf instructor while living the Australian dream and working for over two years with local school kids in Melbourne. Then, she moved to the Dominican Republic to teach adults at a surf camp she worked at. This opportunity gave her the knowledge and skills of teaching and the feeling (for the first time) of loving her job every single day. She loves to cheer up and teach, sharing her passion for the ocean and sun.
I am an Atlanta native, traveler, yoga instructor and make it happen-er. Upon moving back to Atlanta in 2013 and completing teacher training, I've fallen in awe of the great things happening in this city and across the south. Yoga has been a huge influence on me and I love to watch others fall in line with the practice. I’ve experienced some of my most profound moments of truth and honesty on the mat and I truly believe if we all can access our own truth it will lead to tangible transformation. Dirty South Yoga is a movement to transform individuals, communities, and even myself through yoga.

"Fantastic travel and yoga experience in the Atacama Desert"
Wow, what an experience. Paloma and Martin are exceptional hosts, so warm and friendly. It was the perfect mix of travel and yoga, great food and wonderful company. The Atacama desert is a magical location and we were treated to amazing views from the rooftop terrace each afternoon for sunset yoga.
