Karen as been practicing yoga for nearly six years. Qualifying in 2018 with a 200-hour Hatha yoga training and has been teaching in various locations since. This year she is looking forward to furthering her training in Hatha and Yin Yoga. Karen loves to practice yoga outdoors, connecting to nature through movement and breathwork. The environment is very important to Karen and she tries to be as environmentally friendly as possible at work and at home.
