Traveling in August: you either love it or hate it. The weather is gorgeous in the Northern Hemisphere. The hot weather in Europe and North America means crowds and high prices but also a lot of things to do. Whereas in South East Asia, it’s monsoon season which is a great excuse to travel during the low season and save some money.

Depression is a huge problem today and is the world’s leading cause of altered life. According to the World Health Organization (WHO), depression is ranked as the third highest global disease burden, especially in China, India, and the USA. Even more so than other ailments like arthritis, asthma, and diabetes. 

“Yoga is a lot of movement, twisting and turning. The last thing you want before a class is a stomach ache, cramping, or gas,” says Lisa Hayim, a registered dietician and founder of The WellNecessities.
