Growing up in Cornwall, a place that attracts people who embrace an active lifestyle, it was inevitable that Alicia inherits a sense of adventure and a love of the outdoors. Now, she couldn’t imagine living far away from the ocean and beaches. Combining psychology and fitness disciplines has enabled her to support people towards improved wellbeing across different settings reflecting the different elements to her personality allowing her to support, motivate, and lead others towards positive health in a number of different ways. Her understanding of wellbeing has evolved over the years.
