Alice has always been deeply appreciative of nature, sound, and movement. She was first introduced to yoga as a way to unwind and destress from the fast-paced nature of studying in London and has since explored and taught many forms of yoga. This journey has inspired her to delve deeper into other connected forms of self-expression, including drumming, singing, and journaling. Alice has been teaching since 2015 and loves the self-inquiry these practices create space for, sharing them as a foundation to remember, find steadiness, and thrive.
The retreat will take place in Goring Heath, Oxfordshire, United Kingdom. Hempen is situated on a farm on Hardwick Estate and is surrounded by woodland, meadows, and farm animals. The River Thames is 20 minutes' walk away. All classes will take place outdoors, either under the stretch tent, in the woods, or river - somewhere in nature. Come and join Alice May Yoga in this beautiful, wild sanctuary.
