In addition to this, you will have the possibility to practice yoga every day in amazing landscapes, alternating more dynamic asana sessions on the coast, to pranayama, concentration, and relaxation practices, all onboard the boat. Last but not least, the yoga sailing retreats are also the opportunity to learn the basics of sailing!

Homemade vegetarian and vegan food

All meals are freshly prepared on board, starting from organic locally-grown products. Ale and Ale also offer morning herbal teas and all beverages onboard.

On one of the Lerins Islands there is a beautiful monastery, which can be visited and where locally-produced wine and products can be bought.

Cannes is not far too, so a visit to the city is possible, either with our boat, if the whole group agrees, or with a local ferry.

Mooring at Cannes' port is also an option, but the extra costs for it is not included in the package.
