In addition to physical asanas, we will explore various breathing techniques, mindfulness practices, and meditation exercises that will help you calm your mind and relax your body. We believe that by cultivating mindfulness and self-awareness, you can release negative emotions and achieve a greater sense of balance and harmony with our bodywork and energy work sessions you will accomplish this state very easily

This yoga meditation and emotional detox retreat simply apply basic natural therapy techniques that have been used for years to treat various conditions.
