The 200-hour Hatha Yoga teacher training course provides a strong foundation in classical Hatha Yoga by training in six major areas. These powerful practices of Hatha transform one into a fountain of health and vigor; fight aging and exhaustion; and gives mental clarity and charm.
1. Yogic Sukshma Vyayama: it is a set of 48 subtle exercises based on a sophisticated knowledge of human system. Completely indigenous exercises, these require little physical effort, yet have a very beneficial effect on the system.
2. Yogic Sthula Vyayama: it is a set of 5 powerful physical exercises. This ancient yogic fitness regime revitalizes the entire physical body and tremendously improves physical fitness.
3. Classical Surya Namaskara: Surya Namaskara is a vital 12 step yogic practice of great antiquity. A practice of solar vitalization Surya Namaskara is a holistic practice of complete integration of personality.
4. Asana: a potent aspect of Hatha Yoga, learn 50 asanas as a tool for developing stability, awareness and radiant health. The profound mechanism of asana helps us to conquer the pair of opposites to experience inner equilibrium.
5. Kriya: learn 4 kriyas for internal purification. They detoxify the body; build deep internal awareness, and lead to voluntary control over involuntary reflexes.

Chuka beach is situated between Sharda Sagar Dam Sharda canal. The reservoir is about two and a half kilometers in width and around 17 kilometers in length. Situated at the bank of Sharda canal, the Chuka spot extends to a length of 10 kilometers meandering with thick forest. This is a beautiful location with all the natural beauties of forest under Mahof Forest Range.
Pilibhit Tiger Reserve is located in Pilibhit district of Uttar Pradesh state in India. It lies along the India-Nepal border in the foothills of the Himalayas and the plains of the ‘terai’ in Uttar Pradesh. It is one of India’s 41 Project Tiger reserves. Pilibhit is one of the few well forested districts in Uttar Pradesh. The Pilibhit Tiger Reserve is one of the finest examples of the exceedingly diverse and productive terai eco-systems. It is home to a habitat for over 127 animals, 556 bird species, and 2,100 flowering plants.
Saurabh is the founder and lead yoga teacher at Akṣara Yoga School. He has received his yoga education and training from the leading institutes of yoga in India. He is a master of Science (Yoga) degree holder from Swami Vivekananda Yoga Anusandhana Samsthana (SYVASA) University, Bengaluru. He is also a diploma holder in Yoga Studies from Morarji Desai National Institute of Yoga (MDNIY), New Delhi.
Varvara hails from Greece and started her yoga journey as self practice to experience the benefits of Yoga at a time when Yoga was not so much popular in Greece. The unique self transformation that Yoga gifted her, led her to undertake the first Yoga teacher training course in Greece. Her passion and yearning for yoga and spirituality made her to visit India where she further got trained in Ashtanga and Hatha Yoga styles. She is now E-RTY 200 certified yoga teacher from Yoga Alliance, USA. She is also a certified Yoga teacher form International Yoga Teachers Association (IYTA).
