This yoga teacher training will be held at Yoga Kunwar Yoga School, Dehradun, India. Nearby there is Dehradun’s Jolly Grant Airport (DED) which is 15 kilometers from the center. The school is situated in a quiet residential society which is near to the bus station. The are is completely safe and the people are really friendly. There are grocery shops, cafes, restaurants, and ATM in a few minutes' walks from the Ashram.

Food

Food is one of Kunwar Yoga prime highlights. They do not believe in offering a boring menu in the name of the Sattvik Yogic diet. The sattvic meals can be very interesting and delicious. The team is a bunch of foodies where the chefs are passionate about cooking and love experimenting. To the best of their abilities, they have taken extra care to ensure that daily freshly cooked or bought food is offered to the students. They have kept an open kitchen, where students can walk-in anytime which means that the food is prepared hygienically and the kitchen is clean.

Three vegetarian sattvic meals will be provided during your complete stay at the campus from Monday to Saturday. Meals will also be provided without any additional charges on Sunday, with prior notice.

Arrival by taxi

Taxis are always available anywhere in India. The drive from Indira Gandhi International Airport (DEL) to Dehradun will take around six hours depending on traffic conditions.

Arrival by bus

The buses to Dehradun leave New Delhi from the Kashmiri Gate national bus stand is approximately every hour. The bus ride takes about eight hours and costs around 750 INR for air-conditioned buses and 450 INR for buses without air conditioning.

Arrival by train

The best option is to reach Dehradun train station, it is about 15 minutes away from the School by road on a driven taxi or the so-called "tuktuks." From Delhi, the train ride takes approximately eight hours, depending on the train.
