Program

This week we want to create an opportunity for you to embrace the light of summer in Paros' azure water and fill yourself up with soul nourishment.

Kick off your shoes, they are not needed here, feel your barefoot amongst the sand as you discover the space indide yourself to set free and simply be! You don't need any athletic ability. All you need is an open heart and a sense of adventure.

All the yoga and kiteboarding sessions will be tailored before your arrival to your body and level of practice, considering your personal goals, as well as any preexisting health conditions or injuries. We want to inspire you and to trigger all of your senses harmoniously while immersing into the five elements of nature by creating a strong female community.

Day 1

  • Arrivals, relaxation by the pool or at the beach
  • 18:00 Creative and soulful flow yoga session with mindful alignment, pranayama, meditation
  • 19:30 Delicious welcome dinner. Let's create a community!

Day 2

  • 07:30 Energizing organic juice / matcha organic / herbal tea / coffee
  • 08:00 Workshop 1 - fundamentals of yoga
  • 10:00 Organic plant-based homemade breakfast
  • 12:00 Transportation to the beach for your kite-boarding lessons healthy snacks, fruits, vegetables provided
  • 18:00 Afternoon restorative and Yin practice with meditation and chanting
  • 19:30 Organic vegetarian dinner

Day 3

  • 06:45 Sunrise meditation and prana kriya yoga (optional)
  • 08:00 Vinyasa yoga, pranayama, and meditation
  • 09:30 Organic breakfast
  • 11:30 Kiteboarding lessons and free time at the beach
  • 18:00 Restorative yoga with chairs (Iyengar's style)
  • 19:30 Delicious vegetarian dinner

Day 4

  • 08:00 Workshop 2 - back bending
  • 10:00 Organic home-made breakfast
  • 11:30 Kiteboarding lessons and free time at the beach

Day 5

  • 18:00 Intro to physical theater, discovering playfulness and awareness

  • 11:30 Kite boarding lessons and free time at the beach

08:00 Morning Flow alignment yoga with chanting and meditation

You will be served daily breakfast and dinner and you will have fruits and healthy snacks at the beach with a distinct emphasis on local flavors, lifestyle diet with a wide range of salads and Mediterranean delights. All food will be organic, with no chemicals or toxins.
