Three Keralan vegetarian meals will be served daily. The Ayurvedic diet is designed to balance the doshas. Meals will be cooked with organic rice, served on a banana leaf with plant-based side dishes and curries. There are coffee and tea alternatives for those who feel it is difficult to quit. Honey, jaggery, and brown sugar are used as sweeteners. A wheatgrass juice regimen is also included for the best detoxification and cleansing effects (optional).
