Africa Yoga Safari is handled by the three facilitators who are passionate about yoga and its legacy, and about the African natural heritage.
Estelle has been teaching yoga, yoga philosophy, breathing, and meditation for over 16 years already. She is a qualified ISHTA yoga instructor and has done various yoga courses in South Africa and in India. She runs weekend retreats and yoga several times a year in South Africa, and takes a group of her students to India annually. Estelle has been a member of The Yoga Teachers Fellowship of South Africa since 2002. She is still continuing her studies in India on her annual visits to North and South India.
Linda studied alternative therapies and healing modalities in South Africa and Peru. Through the Inkari school, she was able to initiate into the elements of earth, water, air and fire by Master Regis, walking the initiation paths of the masters of the ages and incorporating these energies into lifestyle, becoming masters of energy. She is well qualified in metaphysical counselling and processing, and energy healing like Reiki. Linda has been practicing these healing modalities for five years now, and yoga for 14 years.
Siri Shakti Kaur
Siri Shakti has studied with various schools in South Africa and United States. She has been practicing yoga for 15 years already, and teaching it for six years. She says Kundalini yoga gives her the opportunity to connect, believe, and feel the joy of her soul and to be herself. Teaching Kundalini yoga helps her to keep refining and exploring the infinite opportunities available and to assist others in finding the joy of their soul. She believes that yoga is a lifelong journey with endless possibilities.
