Miriam Indries is a certified 500-hour Master Yoga Teacher and a 200-hour teacher with Yoga Alliance International. She spent time in India studying yoga philosophy and advanced asana practice with one of the top yoga masters in Kerala. She is a published author with a self-development book. Start with the end, yoga and meditation teacher, and qualified Ayurveda practitioner. Additionally, she has academic qualifications in Psychology (B.A) and an NLP practitioner certification (neuro-linguistic programming), focusing on behavior, effective goal setting, and strategies for self-development.
Kalliovi graduated from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki in the early 2010s as an Aerobic Fitness Trainer and a Personal Trainer. She went on to study further on topics relevant to this degree and today she is also a certified Swedish massage therapist and a yoga trainer. Since 2010, she is in possession of a certificate for 200 hours of Ashtanga yoga. Additionally, Kalliovi studied Reiki with Irma Ziolkowska and has a 2nd-degree certificate.
Stamatis Giannakopoulos is the general manager of Aegialis Hotel & Spa and the director of the Aegialis School of Yoga. Growing up in the USA, Stamatis graduated in Boston with a Hotel and Restaurant Management degree. Shortly after, he moved back to his country of birth, Greece, and settled in Amorgos island. As a savvy businessman and passionate yoga practitioner, Stamatis runs Aegialis, one of the most popular yoga retreat destinations in the world, hosting over 100 groups every year. He has devoted the last 15 years of his life to developing the hotel as an oasis of peace and tranquility.
