You do not have to be "Miss Bendy" or "Mr. Pretzel" but you will benefit from these yoga weekends if you have a regular practice or have been practicing yoga on and off for a while and have a grasp of it. The teachers on these yoga retreats are very experienced and will teach a higher level of yoga asana, pranayama, meditation, and yoga philosophy. They will definitely support you going deeper into your practice with their guidance.
On each retreat, you will all be given the chance to chat with the yoga teacher about what you would like to get out of the weekend so that the teacher is fully aware of your needs. The teacher will follow a theme for the retreat and there will also be a yoga philosophy topic on a Saturday evening after dinner.
