Each bedroom has original artwork by renowned artist Oliver Barnett, giving each room a unique interpretation of a natural scene, creating a perfect harmonious colour balance with the handmade curtains and cushions. All of the bedrooms and bathrooms have their own underfloor heating. They also have super comfortable, extra-thick sprung mattresses and high-quality cotton linen.

Retreat location

Escape to the rolling landscape of North Norfolk; the nearest town is Swaffham. Old Market Town and the beaches of Holkham and Wells-next-the-Sea are a 30-minute drive away.

The surrounding area of the venue is peaceful countryside with market towns dotted around due to the county being mostly farming for centuries.

The venue is a sustainably run retreat centre with the environment at the heart of what they do. The grounds are a beauty to see, with a Japanese garden and paths weaving in and out of woodland with benches to sit and enjoy the best views. There is a swimming lake, a swimming pool, and fire pits for evening gatherings. It’s not just a house and a garden; it is so much more.

Only two hours from London and with easy access to the north and midlands, it is perfectly situated for everyone.
