If it is warm and sunny, yoga will be outside.
The yoga retreat starts at 16:00 on Friday so that you can settle in and relax before the yoga class that starts at 18:00 to 20:00 and then dinner. You finish at 11:00 on Monday after the usual morning schedule and breakfast.
AdventureYogi takes you on a walk to Castle Acre which is an old castle with an old monastery that was burnt down when King Henry the VIII took down the catholic church. It is a pretty village steeped in history and the walk is picturesque.
