The rooms at AdventureYogi Manor house retreat are beautifully and newly decorated to a high standard. They are cosy and spacious and have views of the Oxfordshire waterways.

The house has a cosy and welcoming living room with a large spacious yoga room flooded with light and views of the walled garden.

Program

Start the day with a silent walk along the canal, followed by energising morning yoga and then relax! Enjoy evening yoga at a slower pace and delicious organic vegan food.

On our autumn yoga wellness retreat Oxfordshire, the classes are suitable for all abilities, from beginners to intermediate and advanced levels. Everyone is welcome. We have a range of inspiring and experienced teachers who are well practised at adapting the class for everyone’s level.

Whether it be Vinyasa Flow, Hatha, Ashtanga, Sivananda, Yin, or others, all classes cover pranayama, asanas and meditation to help increase oxygen flow, balance, clarity and to promote a peaceful mind. Morning sessions are a more dynamic practice and the evening sessions are gentle with lots of stretches, meditation and relaxation.

Situated alongside one of the Oxfordshire canal routes, Thrupp is a pretty and thriving hamlet with canal dwellers all around. In autumn there are lots of walks either along the canal or in the surrounding woodlands and enjoy the changing of the season. Or hire a canoe or SUP down the canal and then enjoy an afternoon tea in the cute cafe opposite our venue.

How to get there

Recommended Airports

By Car:

We are near Bicester in Oxfordshire. It takes about 1-hour drive from London. Once you have booked your place with us we will give you the exact address and postcode.

Train:

From London Marylebone station to Bicester North it takes 1hr. Book early for cheaper tickets. It is a comfortable, fast service with no changes. For those coming from other directions please time your train to arrive and depart around the same time as the recommended trains from London so that we can organize a taxi share. The retreat is only 15 minutes away and costs about 12 GBP - 20 GBP depending on the day (bank holidays are more expensive). We try and group you together to make the taxi a lower cost for you.

Recommended train times from London:

  • Departs: London Marylebone at 14.43
  • Arrives: Bicester North at 15.42.
  • Departs: Bicester North at 15:26
  • Arrives: London Marylebone at 16.18

Cancellation Policy

  • A reservation requires a deposit of 30% of the total price.
  • The deposit is non-refundable, if the booking is cancelled.
  • The rest of the payment should be paid 30 days before arrival.
