Join AdventureYogi on a "Midweek Retreat" at a beautiful venue in the Sussex countryside with stunning views of the High Weald. Enjoy silent morning walks, yoga twice daily, meditation, delicious vegetarian food and time to relax and restore the soul. Leave feeling calmer, relaxed and rejuvenated.
During the yoga retreat, you have a choice of accommodation.
The Crow and Ewe cottages have 2 twin rooms, one with en-suite and shower and the other with a separate bathroom with bath. They both have a spacious living room and kitchen.
The calf shed cottage has en-suite bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a shower and bath. Both rooms can be a twin or a double.
The yoga retreat starts from 16:00 on the Tuesday, with the first yoga class starting at 18:00. The retreat finishes at 16:00 on Thursday after an invigorating walk and lunch to send you on your way.
Note: Please do not arrive at the venue before the arrival time as AdventureYogi won't be ready for you before then.
This yoga retreat will take place in Stonegate, East Sussex.
AdventureYogi believe that the retreats should be nurturing in every way. Therefore, AdventureYogi Vitality Chefs will create tasty, healthy, vegetarian meals for you from local, seasonal produce. All of the food is gently detoxing and various dietary requirements are catered for. The guests are always impressed by AdventureYogi creative, flavorsome dishes - that’s because AdventureYogi believes that the food is just as important as the yoga.
You can get a therapy session with a cost of 38 GBP for 30 minutes and 65 GBP for 1 hour. AdventureYogi’s own highly experienced therapists are on hand to soothe away your aches and pains. Choose from an array of wonderful different massages, facials, reiki, depending on your retreat and therapists available.
From London, get onto the M25 and then exit onto the A21. It is then about 30 minutes drive from the M25.
There are trains that run every hour from London Charing Cross, Cannon Street and Waterloo East and they take 1 hour and 10 minutes.
