Pre-application requirements

During the registration process, Adventure of Yoga with Ritu would ask which level of yoga you have as well as how your yoga practice so far looks like.


Upon completion of this online course, you will receive a 200-hour certification eligible to register with Yoga Alliance.

How the training works

The training will be held online via Zoom. The online sessions' time zone is Eastern European Summer Time (EEST) (GMT+3).

You will receive 29 days with instruction of Yoga (morning and evening).

  • Contact hours (Live session hours or coaching hours) - 170 hours contact hours
  • Non-contact hours - 30 hrs (self-study hours)


  • 29 days - 3 hours every day for Technique and Training Practice
  • 20 days - 1 hour every day for Philosophy and Yoga Ethics
  • 29 days - Daily practice on Pranayama and Dhyana
  • 20 days - 1 hours anatomy with Dr. Gokmen
