The aim of Adventure of Yoga with Ritu is to train teachers that share their vision of incorporating yoga's eight limbs into each student interaction and to empower graduates to follow the institute's guidelines.   • Practical exam on teaching a class - assessments and practical exam on philosophy and discussions on the philosophy of yoga sutra

  • Vinyasa sequence on Sirsasana

  • 4 days of vipasana meditation

Assignment on Anatomy will be conducted in one of the 3 weeks.

Upon successful and satisfactory completion of the course, you will receive a certificate of completion from Ritu's yogagyani school which you can use to register with Yoga Alliance as RYT-200.

Arrival by airplane

Please book your flight to arrive at Alexandroupoli Airport (AXD). Take a transfer to the port of Alexandroupoli to book the ferry tickets to Samothraki island. There are three boats from Alexandroupoli to Samothraki every day until October. But also, you can book them in advance in Sao's ferry online. Transfer from and to the port of Samothraki is included in the price. Please contact Adventure of Yoga with Ritu for more information.
